Please return the 'Email Previews' function (Profiles) to the Communications section of the dashboard. The generic text in the body of the emails currently being automated is subpar and lacks clarity for our customers.
We need to be able to customize and edit what is being emailed to our customers.
This is the support page that says we should be able to edit the numerous types of emails being sent throughout the online ordering, fulfillment, shipping, and cancellation process.
