Customise Confirmation Email per Service/Appointment

I need to be able to customise the email confirmation that a client received when booking their appointment.

 

Certain services within my business require additional information. One example is:

group appointments require clients to bring items with them, private appointments items are provided.

 

I currently use acuity and this feature is standard for all private and class appointments.

 

I know how to change the template in square, but no way to apply the template to certain appointments, and create another template for other appointments.

Currently, Square Appointments doesn't offer a built-in option to fully customise the confirmation emails sent to clients, including service-specific templates. However, you can edit certain details such as your business name, contact information, and the footer message, as you've noted.
