Critical feature missing. Progressive prep times for online orders

Square seems to be missing a critical feature compared to DoorDash, Uber, etc.  IE, the bigger the order, the more prep time you get.  We have been really slow with the cold weather here in California, so we have one server.  We got an order of 8 bowls and a boba tea with a 15-minute prep time that really messed us up with others in the store at the counter.

I’d be thrilled to see a feature like this! We had this as a feature back in the 2000’s when the online orders arrived by fax 😂😳

Ironically, they gave me credit for this new feature, yet I can't use it as I don't have the franchise software.  Why in the world would you need to be a franchise to buffer one restaurant?
