Check In at Events showing a pic of the Person

I am currently using Square Up with the purchasing of tickets to our events and its posted in our web site for members only to be able to purchase tickets.

The one thing I am trying to work on is if Square could have an app that our door staff would use to check on those that have paid for tickets, are wish to purchase at the door or are on our free guest list.

Now the key requirement for those coming to our events must be signed up member which they have also given us a picture of them selves and therefore the app would also allow us to add the pic against the ticket purchase and that way our staff can confirm and allow entry. 

The key reason for the pic being seen is from a security aspect and only allowing people who have been checked and are legitamate and that we have never had an issue with them.

Hi Robert. This goes beyond what Square alone handles. A setup like TicketsCandy fits much better and it’s fully integrated with Square. Door staff use our mobile scanner app to check in paid tickets, free guest list entries, and tickets sold at the door through Square POS. Everything flows into one attendee list. Photo-based identity checks are pretty uncommon, but most organizers handle security by matching attendee names with an ID during check-in instead.
