Have had staff say that the reporting on the POS is not working for them. They currently have to go to the sales summary report to see tips that were received on card transactions, then go to the cash drawer report to see expected amounts in the drawer. Also, if multiple staff on a shift but they are using same cash drawer and need to close out they are closing out together so shift report doesn't really work either as they would have to pull up two separate reports to see what happened on their shift....they also have to look at drawer history to confirm amounts from previous shift that day to make sure they know how much they should have. Is there a way to make a different report or update cash drawer report on pos/square register so that it shows cash expected in drawer minus "float" minus tips so they know exactly what they should have to deposit? Also would need for be for single or multiple staff on the one cash drawer and only for their cash drawer...not including previous shift amounts that day. If anyone has found a simple way for staff to see with what there is currently available would be appreciated, as staff do not have access to the square dashboard or any reporting on there. @04[email protected]
