Since some items like stickers and prints can be thin and small enough to fit in an envelope, I want to offer customers the choice to get cheaper shipping if the cart ONLY has these items and charge them for lettermail instead of parcel shipping.
If the cart has items that aren't just stickers and prints, however, then the shipping rate for lettermail should be disabled and automatically offer only parcel shipping instead, not combine the shipping rates of lettermail and parcel shipping together.
