On Clover (where we switched from), there was an option to automatically collapse all of a single item into a single line.
Currently if, say, you add an item (regular meal) and then put a soda, THEN another of a regular meal, it will show on different lines even though it’s technically a multiple of the same thing.
This is an issue because it makes it hard to review a customer’s complete order before sending to payment. It may be possible to miss a drink or food item.
This situation happens often in groups where people are changing or adding to their order.
Please have this behavior apply automatically or add it as an option to enable.
