Another Square online customisation request: do Items have to be at the bottom of Category Pages.

Because the classes features aren't functional when it comes to online embedding into the website I'm still using events for our courses and workshops. And the work-around to allow me to do so without hours of extra work every time I update with the next lot of sessions is that I now use the category pages: eg. I have a Book Baby Massage Classes category and when I add new classes they automatically appear on that page which can be linked to from several other pages on my site. Anyway, that's a bit of an explanation about why I want more customisation but not super important for the request: 

Basically I would like to put a form underneath the list of items (events) for people to request a private course on some of my category pages. But this is not possible. I can only add sections to the page above the items (events) but not underneath. Is there a reason for this or is it something that could be very easily fixed to allow us greater customisation of our category pages?
