Allow header background to be "transparent" (inherit banner image as background) on category pages
On "standard" type pages, I can choose "transparent" as the header background, which inherits and extends the image from the banner. But on "category" pages, the transparent option is missing. Why is this inconsistent?
Conversely, on category pages I can add multiple banner sections, but on standard pages I'm limited to only one and can't be re-ordered on the page.
