Adding a VENDOR filter to the Cost of Goods Sold Report

Similar to my last request, I would like to request a way to filter the Cost of Good Sold Report by an individual vendor to be able to see the cost of goods sold during a specified time period for consignment artist payouts. 

Currently, I have to export both the vendor report and the total vendor inventory, put them in a spreadsheet, command F to find the SKU of the item sold from the vendor report in the inventory export and then manually add the cost to of each item sold to the vendor report for a total. It is a lengthy process that could be solved easily by just adding the cost of each item sold to the vendor report.

An alternative work around is making a category for each consignment artist. Tagging their items as their individuals category and running a Cost of Goods Sold report for that consignment artist's tagged category. Again it would be much simpler for the end user to just be able to filter the Cost of Goods Sold report by a vendor. Thanks!
