Ability to Hide the Same Modifiers on Payment Links

Issue: All of the choices are appearing on payment links for items that I have disabled certain colors or features for online. This makes it so the customer can select features I do not want to offer or do not have available for that particular product.  In my case, the selections will always match for online and virtual terminal, so I would always want to offer the same options online and on payment links.

Request: On the item set up pages when customizing modifiers to not display certain options online, provide an optional checkbox to propagate the same selections for payment links... or just make them always sync the same selections.
