All transactions disappeared when updating bank account

Even though I've been using square for months without issue, the main show said I needed to link my bank account (it's already linked) so I re-entered my account details. Now all the day's transactions have disappeared from the app and I can't access my funds! How do I sort this?

Hi @Neurodesigned - I'm sorry to hear that this issue has brought you to the Seller Community.

 

This does sound off, but it's difficult to pinpoint what may be happening without looking at your account with you, which we aren't able to do via the Seller Community. However, from what you've described, it sounds to me like you may have created a second location on your existing account or maybe a second Square account. You can check and see if you have multiple locations under the same single Square account here on your Dashboard.
