I started using square 2 weeks ago for a remodeling job. We sent the invoices which were paid via ACH Transfer. The money arrived Tuesday march 12th. As soon as it did, square deactivated transfers on my account.
They sent a questionnaire which I answered. Next day I had to update one of the answers (the link to my social media account was missing). I had to wait 1-2 business days despite being assured it would be handled rapidly. On Friday, today, I was finally able to Transfer My balance.
I did a test Transfer of $5,000 and as soon as I did that square locked my transfers again. After several hours of being transfered here and there and escalation, I am once again told I need to wait 1-2 business days to get a resolution.
In the mean time I'm having to magically come up with money to pay for parts and labor because square likes keeping me from using my money.
