How do I contact square to actually talk to someone?

I need to talk to someone about the square reader and few other things. Our fees this month was almost $1000 because of the 1.9% taken. Banks charge 0.5 to 1%. This is unacceptable, and really considering moving to Kounta that can actually integrate with bank Eftpos machines. Being in the restaurant industry our profit margin is not much so a $1000 just gone I will not accept. I need a contact number to a person that can give me options and answers or we will be leaving really soon.

That does not work, tells me to enter a code, which I dont have and if I go on the link it takes me to self search support. 

Now they also did not pay us the Terminal money. So we are $1200 short on payment and I cannot contact someone, this is sh*t.
