square contacts stopped syncing in mailchimp

everytime i got a new appointment through my square appointments app it would automatically sync into my mailchimp account so i can send them an email. 

out of nowhere, it stopped syncing new customers. i have disconnected and reconnected my square to my mailchimp but it did not solve the issue. been trying to find an answer on this board but have not. thank you!

I haven't seen any reports of issues while integrating with Mailchimp. Since all Square integrations (like Mailchimp) are created by the respective third party, I recommend getting in touch with Mailchimp so they can open a ticket if necessary to address this inconvenience you are experiencing.
