If you're unable to contact the seller and you're unsure about your order then you may want to contact your Credit Card Issuer or Bank to discuss your options. Most likely they will tell you to wait a bit before you can actually file a claim. As this is a volunteer community (no one here sells anything thru the forum), we try to help out other small businesses where we can however, I don't believe any action can be done thru the community forum as Square does not share any information about individual businesses. (Maybe one of the other members has some additional thoughts that you could look into.)
