loyalty reporting

I am trying to prepare a list of my top 50 customers based on a year.  I know I can do this per month but wanting it for an entire year.  Thank you.  Laura

Solution

You can do this From your laptop (easier for me)

Customers > Loyalty > Top Customers

Then click the date drop down.

Select Last Year.

It will show customers by number of visit, but I'm not sure it's based upon amount spent.

You can also create a marketing smart group

Customers > Customer Directory > Directory

Upper right corner, "create group"

Then "create smart group"

then "top spenders"

from there you can drill down amount spent/time period

for example for $1,000 in a year I have over 150 customers... so I need to increase total spend to $2750  get to a top 50
