Hey there @TastyBeanCafe.. This is not possible using just Square tools. It is possible that you would find a third-party app in the Square App Marketplace that would do what you want. You can go there and look. I'm not seeing anything with the keywords "bounce back discount" but you can probably search for other terms. Possibly something like a more configurable loyalty program would work, or a good subscription program. While Square has both, currently neither would work for your needs.
