I have created several loyalty point promotions for "baker's dozen" 13th item free for several items in our shop. Sandwiches appear to be working but the other categories do not -soft and chewy cookies and scones. Is it the setup that is incorrect? I double checked that the correct item was selected when creating loyalty.

Hi @Bakeshopmama. That’s strange. It sounds like you might need to call customer support and have them look into it. But before, let’s do some troubleshooting.
Would you please do a screen shot of your loyalty settings?
Also, have you done a test order yourself to confirm that it is not working at all?
