I want a credit card machine that I can put on my wall of my school and people can put in the amount and charge their card but it should be very simple and not have anything except take payments

Have you seen the new Stand Mount - that may give you some ideas.

+1 to using the Stand Mount like @JK_Fiber_Art has mentioned. 

You can then use the iOS Accessibility Features to lock the iPad down a little. 



Another option would be to just have a QR code for taking payments. I have created a link where people just enter the amount and hit pay (perfect with Apple Pay and google pay as it's very vast). This is a screen shot, but I've added extra fields that I need to match with invoices or other requests.
