check in customers to skip the line

We are setting up a subscription through square online where customers can buy unlimited drip coffee for a monthly fee.  We want to be able to have them check in so they can skip the line....what is the easiest way to have them checkin if they are apart of the subscription plan

We’ve seen this in other shops! 

Are you wanting a kiosk or separate iPad? Or would someone be there to help check them in?

if someone is there I think it would be rather easy! But if someone is not there I’m not totally sure how that would work.
