So, my automated email doesn't send emails to people who have bought products, not having reviews for my products etc is very damaging for a small start up.
I've already have customer service do the set up again and still, zero emails are sent out.
I'm at my wits end with this product and square changing a premium price for a very average service.
Please help.

My first thought is that orders may not be marked as fulfilled. This is the #1 reason review emails don’t send.
Square only triggers review emails when the order status is Completed / Fulfilled
If you're fulfilling physical goods manually:
Go to Online Orders
Select an order
Click Mark as Fulfilled
If orders remain “Pending,” “In Progress,” or “Shipped” without the final completion step, no review emails will send.
Can you check and see if this is the case?
All orders are marked as Completed.
It just isn't working, unfortunately I think I'll have to move to an ecommerce that actually works.
