Winback lapsed customers

I used to be able to send an email or text to lapsed customers. I can't find it anymore since the update in Square Dashboard. Help?

You can start a campaign to send a marketing text/email to lapsed customers under "marketing": https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/customers/marketing

You can also setup an automated email that will. Monitor your customers and email them at a certain time. Below is how to do it.

 

 

  1. In your Square Dashboard, go to Marketing → Automations.
  2. Choose Create Automation → select Win Back Lapsed Customers.
  3. Set your timeframe (e.g., 60 days without a purchase).
  4. Write your message (thank them, invite them back, include a promo).
  5. Turn the automation on.

 

 

Square will then monitor your customer directory and automatically send the email when someone meets the condition.
