Weebly was paid the annual fee 5/13/2024 but the website is deleted for DAWF.net

Weebly site DAWF.net was paid 5/13/2024 but the site has been deleted. I need to restore it ASAP .     DBA    Dunning Animal Welfare Foundation

Hi there, @dawf122 👋

 

I took a look into this, and it looks like the domain name is actually registered through Square Space. Since the domain is not registered through your Square or Weebly account, you will need to find the correct account with SquareSpace and renew the domain name there. 

 

That said, the charge you are referring to is most likely your hosting plan, which would be a valid charge in order to publish your website to the custom domain. Please feel free to reply back if you have additional questions about this.

Hi there @dawf122.  You might want to check WHICH fee you paid Weebly.  There are probably two fees — one for securing your domain URL (DAWF.net), and the other for hosting and maintaining your web site itself.  Is it possible that you only had one of those fees paid and forgot the other?
