New Square user here but getting familiar. Signed up for Loyalty trial. In our case, we need anyone with a phone number in the system to get a 10% discount on the entire sale. We will be gathering phone #s outside Square and importing them, so unfortunately, a customer's first visit would result in no loyalty reward because they have not yet earned any points via a sale.
Is there any way to accomplish this? Looks like the import CSV fields don't include points.

Hi there @DanielAW.. That is currently not possible in any form except manually, at least not in the Square ecosystem. You could, however, set up a Zapier (or Pabbly, which is better and cheaper) automation that would trigger creating and adding 10 points to a customer loyalty account every time a phone number is added to a spreadsheet. Hopefully, the tool you are using to collect the phone numbers has Zapier/Pabbly integration and could do this automatically for you. But one of these is the best way to accomplish your task.
Also, if you want, you can submit a feature request asking the Loyalty Team to consider adding this to their product roadmap.
