Why should I stay loyal to Square when they take money from my bank account without my authorization? And when you try to call them for support you get a recording. Customer service from Square sucks and doesn’t reflect how the community operates.
Did they email you stating why they were taking money from your bank account? This seems highly unusual unless there was a chargeback or other outlier. They have live chat and I haven't had any issues getting in touch with Square support via phone.
Loyalty is for you to decide, personally I've seen a LOT of POS systems, CC processors, and platforms that all promise the moon but will eventually frustrate a business owner. Square for me hits almost all of the things I'm looking for in a POS platform and I have yet to have an issue that hasn't been resolved.
