Tracking which customers have redeemed a particular coupon

I own a coffee shop and am partnering with local service providers to let them have their own unique coupon code that they can share with their customers to offer them a free item at my shop. I want to be able to track for them which customers have taken advantage of their coupon code (my staff will have these people create a loyalty profile when they redeem the coupon). I can see where I could retrieve the number of redemptions, the value redeemed, but not the customers who redeemed them. 

 

I have to assume this data exists and is maybe just not viewable through the dashboard or customer-facing UI. Do any of you have idea for getting this info? Can I pay a professional services team to pull the data from Square somehow?

Hey @BidwellPerk It’s a great idea.  Unfortunately Square does not track this granular information in a way that is available to us or to a professional team, as you mentioned.  However, I do have a possible solution for you.

 

Try an app from the Square App Marketplace.  I’m thinking specifically one called Ice Cream Social.  Bad name.  Great solution.  You can use it to set up campaigns for each customer to share and then track every metric that you can think of.  You can set rewards, reward tiers, etc, for customers who are sending lots of business your way.  And, of course, the people they refer can get their own perks.  It’s a great solution, in my book.
