This only started yesterday or two days ago, but holy cow. Let me dismiss a banner or pop up and be done with it. They keep coming back over and over and over. Is something broken on your end?
@beautifulco, so I went ahead and checked with our Engineering team and they informed me that it is not possible to turn off these notifications. I do apologize! I did send over your feedback to them as well, so hopefully that can help a bit in the long run.

I just received two complete register sets today. One faces forward, while ours is facing us. I believe the dual register setup is quite different. The customers were a bit confused, wondering where to click and what to do! 😆 After transitioning to this new terminal, it has been a big change!
When I looked at the screen, I felt like I was surfing the internet! I told the customers to hit "Dismiss" and then go back to "Full Screen." This was my first experience with the new system, and I can see what you mean about it.
During the week, especially from Tuesday to Thursday, I typically see a lot of local seniors, which is going to be a challenge. I do have the terminal for processing transactions, especially for printing receipts. I might just use that for certain customers, but I'm not sure yet.

When you have a moment, could you let me know if you are still seeing those pop-ups and notifications? Was it just on your Home Dashboard page through your browser or was it on any other specific pages? I just took a look and am not seeing that pop-up any longer.

Still getting probably one notification a day in the Square team app, and still seeing that notifcation every time I login to Dashboard.
