Customer Facing Screen Data Entry

We have the register with a customer facing screen.  When adding a customer, the fields that show up on the customer facing screen don't match the fields on the seller facing screen.  When I change the fields in Dashboard>Customer Directory>Configure Profiles, it changes what's on the seller facing screen, but not on the customer facing screen.  

Am I doing something wrong or can we not change the fields displayed on the customer facing screen?

You're not doing anything wrong. At this time, the fields that appear on the Customer Facing Display cannot be customized. Our team is aware of these limitations, and we hope to make this customization possible in the future.
