Square Marketing Email Malfunction

My email marketing campaigns started malfunctioning around May 21. 20% of my regular business customer emails started bouncing at that time and continue to ever since. I’ve called, chatted and emailed Square Support with no solution. I spent 2 hours manually adding all the customers back into the directory and they’re still bouncing. (I know the email addresses are valid, some of them are close friends and family members)

 

My attributable sales are way down since this malfunction.

 

 

As of today, when I try to email, it just says queued. No one is receiving emails now. 

Anyone else having this issue?

That's really strange! 

I haven't heard other reports from Sellers having this same experience in the last few weeks. 

 

Since the Community team has limited visibility of your account, I'm unable to check the reports from your last campaigns. 

 

I went ahead and reviewed our latest incidents in issquareup.com but found nothing involving Marketing.

 

I will go ahead and check in with our team to confirm if there are any known issues at this time. Once I hear back, I'll reply in this thread.
