hi, I'm having an issue with the square loyalty online sign-up page. customers will enter their email and phone number, and it keeps saying " Please enter a valid phone number". i tested it myself and it indeed says the same I entered 1 and the area code then the number. for e.g 12468316789. see attached, what can i do to fix this?

Even if i just use 2468316789 it doesnt work.
Hmmm. Ok. I’m not seeing a system-wide outage and I can’t replicate the issue on my account. So, it seems that something is wrong specifically in your account, which means that the only avenue left is to contact customer support so they can check that out and open a trouble ticket. Good luck.
