Square Loyalty not displaying logo, analytics not accurate, details not working, still being charged

We've used Square Ecommerce website including; email marketing, text marketing, and loyalty program for more than a year. Square seems to be making big changes to their ecommerce system impacting our ability to look professional and make sales. Our logo is now missing when we print orders to send with the shipments - support has not been able to help. It was there with no problem for the last year or so. Our logo is also missing from the Loyalty data. It also used to be there, for the last year, but a month or two ago it disappeared. Support has been terrible and we are looking at moving everything to a new ecommerce provider. Have others had this same kind of issue with no resolution support from square? We really wanted to use them because we loved their POS in our last physical store, but maybe their in over their heads with ecommerce. We just want to run our business and grow, but this is awful!

Hello @dawnkurtze how are you printing your packing slips? I know from my business, if I print from my Square Register POS on my receipt printer, I don't get a logo. But if I print from Square web dashboard, I will get a logo on the packing slip.
