How to migrate my cuomers from Tapmango Loyalty program to Square loyalty?

I have been using Tapmango loyalty program in conjunction with Square POS. Customers enter their phone number into Tapmango pad and once the sale is completed in Square POS, points are transfered to Tapmango. I like to cancel Tapmango and migrate my customers to Square Loyalty and use Square Loyalty program instead. Is there a way to upload my customer list printed from Tapmango to Square loyalty program?

From what I understand, if you need to migrate in customer loyalty points, you can call the Square support Loyalty Department and they will do that for you.

As long as you can get an excel / CSV export of your customers and their points from Tapmango.
