Square Loyalty Program - Nail Salons

Hello, fellow Square business owners!

I own a nail salon and am currently using punch cards. I’m considering switching to the Square Loyalty points-based program, but I’d love to hear your ideas, recommendations, and thoughts on what works best for everyone.

I’m also curious to know if the additional charge for Square Loyalty is worth it.

@Ellie_  Honestly, I do not rely on Square support at all, Over the last year I have not had a single issue been resolved by Square support, The answer for everything seems to be "feature request" which has been the scapegoat for a subpar product. 
I rely on the community or google search to figure out a solution or just adapt to work around.

We absolutely LOVE square loyalty! 
could not recommend it enough and you can set it up in a way that makes sense for your business. It will absolutely keep people coming back! We use it at our coffee shops and truly enjoy it.

@Lovewell Thanks for the feedback, I am just trying to justify the almost $500 a year or more to just mantain the loyalty program through square, We currently have the traditional punch card system that on the highest side is not even 50 bucks a year, so its been challenging. Trying to save every $ nowadays.

I think it’s the possibility of creating that customer base and hopefully increasing business overall! 

you could give it a try for a few months. If you don’t see results you can go another direction!
