I have a cafe and market - I do not sell anything that is SHAFT restricted but yet it is telling me that I am blocked due to SHAFT regulations. This is effecting my business and I need this fixed.
I should clarify that it is effecting my texts and that is what we want to use, not emails.

I am sorry you are having some issues and want to help! Can you provide a screenshot of the shaft restriction notice? Where are you seeing this notice, in the app or Dashboard, and under what section?
I am having the same problem. It's in the marketing section of the dashboard. I am about to give up on square.

They have confirmed that both accounts have now been cleared and will begin to work in a couple of minutes.
