Is it possible to see customer reward points for a large segment or my entire database? We would like to see who is close to reward levels. Thanks!
HI @39Northco. Unfortunately, there is no master report to tell you customer Loyalty point status. You can look up individual customers and view that information. And you can configure the Loyalty program to send customer’s a text when they are nearing a new reward level. So, obviously, the information exists but not in either report or CSV format.
You can submit a Feature Request for the Loyalty Program here. But, in the short term, I can’t think of any way that do this with the available tools.
