Possible Feature add on to square customers or appointments

So I am looking for a way to chart on my clients under the "customer profile" within Sqaure Appointments. I know there is a "file" section and a "note" section where we can upload pictures and pictures of files. But I am looking for a way to create multiple charting templates, lets say one of the face and one of the body that we can select and then draw on the form to chart what treatments/medications were given. Right now I am having to use a whole other software system in which it does not integrate with square. secondly, I have tried to look at applications that do integrate with square but several of the features that I currently use with square appointments are missing. I am at loss for getting help with this matter as this would streamline my workflow so much more efficiently.

Have you looked intoDrChrono EHR & RHM? Unsure if this fits your needs, but I found it to be one of the most recommended integrations with Square for medical services and health practitioners for charting.
