So this might be too unique of a circumstance, but here goes; I'm looking for a way to have a shop-facing pop-up on the POS when a customer checks in on the transaction. Some way to put a unique reminder note on there for that person.
The context:
We're a small board game store that also takes trade-ins. Inevitably, some games we don't accept for trade, and need to go back to the customer. The issue is, sometimes we have customers sign off on trades remotely via DocuSign and then those games we didn't buy in end up in a storage holding pattern because they are frequently forgotten about by customers (usually because the reason we aren't taking them is because they are either really cheap or not very good in the first place).
The note would just be an extra measure of reminder when they checked in for their loyalty points, like "Hey, make sure this person takes X on shelf Y home with them finally".
I could see this being a good feature for bars / restaurants too if they needed to ban a customer, could be tied to their card or something.
Any help is appreciated! Not sure I'm describing a feature that already exists or not.
