Hi! If you’re using Square Marketing, you should be able to view your email subscribers by going to Customers in your Square Dashboard and filtering for customers who have opted in to marketing emails. You can also view and manage your customer directory there.
To create a newsletter, navigate to Marketing in your Square Dashboard. If you don’t see a Marketing tab, it’s possible that Square Marketing isn’t enabled on your account or isn’t included with your current plan.
A couple of questions that may help narrow it down:
- Are you using the Square Dashboard on a web browser or the mobile app?
- When customers sign up for your newsletter, are they signing up through your Square Online site, a sign-up form, or another.
