My Face Book page was deleted and replace with an e-commerce page

I recently setup the my face book page through Square so I could sell on FB. Now my FB page that I have had for nearly 7 years is gone and was replaced with a e-commerce page. I have lost all my reviews, followers, pictures, etc. I've reached out to Weebly/Square and they said it's a FB issue. FB said that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. What can I do? I'm devastated!

HI, have you reviewed all your settings within Facebook?  Google search does have a few pages regarding settings.  I do not have FB so unable to properly see where and if these pages lead.

Since it is displaying your ecommerce items then your Square is setup correctly.  Please do not unlink your Square inventory.

Hello @Happy_Hearts and thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having this issue, I agree losing your page would be devestating. Do you or did you have a separate business and personal Facebook pages? I haven't experienced this, but maybe if you sign off and back in it might do something?? You could also try turning off in Square whatever you turned on and see if the facebook page would revert.

If you're willing to post your business Facebook page, maybe someone can take a look and see if there appears to be any issue from an outside viewing it?
