I noticed that when I search for a customer in the results it shows their total lifetime spend, but it seems to be missing a decimal point. For instance on the attached screenshots I have a customer who's only done one transaction with us for $50 but in the search results for her customer record it shows $5,000. I am attaching the search results and the individual record showing the sale
Hello @BofBArtStudio, thanks for flagging this! That is certainly odd behavior. Our team did try and repo the issue and was not able to. Can you try deleting and reinstalling your app? Hopefully that helps! If you are still having issues let me know.
It wasn't in the app that I saw that. it was in the Chrome browser on my phone. The customer had sent customer feedback message and when I viewed the message, it showed the customer list of matching customers that I sent in the screenshot.
I got to that page by clicking the notification that popped up on my phone indicating that we had received a customer message. Unfortunately, I no longer have that notification to click on.
Hmm, is this happening with other sellers too? Since we aren't able to reproduce the issue and have not seen reports of this I will ask you to keep an eye on this. If it keeps happening reach back out here and tag the moderators, so we can take a deeper dive into this. Thank you!
