Marketing Not Accessible Suddenly!!!

Our team member who logs in and does our Marketing Campaigns is no longer able to get to any screen except the Account Setting screen.     No settings have been changed for this user or permission set since it was created in 2021.  We have called support and they cannot seem to help after they looked at the team member settings.  They say all looks good and that she should not have a problem.  She sends out a newsletter every week and then yesterday, this problem started out of the blue.  We have tried on multiple devices and multiple browsers and same result.  We have changed password for her, logged out, cleared cache, tried on multiple computers and multiple browsers.

The account administrator (me) can log in and view and create marketing campaigns with no problem.  It seems to just effect her user and permission set.  

 

Help please!  For now, I am letting her log in with my administrator credentials so that we can get the newsletter out.  What has changed?  Support is not aware of anything that changed and I have talked to four different support members and they have looked at the settings and cannot see any reason why this would be the case.

Sounds like this could be a bug... 

Allow me a moment while we look into this issue for you. 

I might need to reach out to a different team so they can take a look and file a ticket for us. 

 

Do you receive any error messages at all? 

If you do, please send a screenshot my way, it would help us determine the problem.

No error messages at all. Just every menu option that she clicks on takes her to the account settings screen

Hi there, @BofBArtStudio,

 

Following up here for @frances_a! It appears that you have customers turned off for that permission set. Customer information is included in the Marketing tab, so you would need access there to see the Marketing. Are you able to check there and let us know if you are seeing that?

Thank you!  That did the trick and solved the problem.  I wonder how it got turned off. She has been doing marketing emails once a week for about 2 years now and never had a problem until a few days ago when she couldn't get in there. But as you suggested I went into the permissions for her user and turned customers on and now she can get in just fine again. Thank you!
