Marketing Emails - Links to website products not working

We have been using Square Marketing for our emails for several years without issue, but this weekend we have had problems where the links generated do not open the website we get the following error page. We are using MS Edge, but the same issue happens with Chrome.

I have looked back at some older newsletter ad these have the same issue.

Anyone else seeing this or know how to fix it?

Hey @doc_choc , I'm happy to help you troubleshoot this! A few questions to see if we can find the source of the broken links:

Is this an automated email that you've set up to go out each month or are you sending it manually?
Are these links linked to items or "external links"
Is square generating the link or are you pasting it in manually?

Once we figure out your workflow, we should be able to isolate the issue!

We have been doing some digging around and we think its related to our office Wifi, as they work on the mobile network and other networks. We are going to have a rummage on the network to see if something blocking access.
