Make added fields usable

This is my second time around using Square app. I stopped using it and just came back to it and started from scratch. One thing I am still remiss to see is that in the customer directory if you add multiple email addresses and phone numbers, they are really for reference purposes only and cannot be selected for purposes within the usable and important parts of the app, which would make this app so much more efficient for my uses. For example, appointment reminders being able to be sent to multiple email addresses and/or phone numbers saved in one contact in the customer directory. I currently have to create multiple directory entries for one family just to make the selections I need for this function and still store all of their information which is a lot of extra work. Please, please add this feature!!!!

I can definitely see how this would be a helpful function to have. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have this as an option at this time. We only support up to one email and one phone number per profile for all the main functions. You are still able to store additional email or phone information as custom fields, but they are for reference only.

 

While the Square Community is a great place to post to chat with other Sellers and moderators, I might recommend posting your idea on Ideate. Ideate is a great place to post new ideas and improvements to Square products and services. Once posted on Ideate, other Sellers can comment on your post, if they too are interested in your idea. The more traffic a post gets, the higher the chances it may be implemented!
