I used a pop-up to collect customer emails and tested it with my own email, but I didn't receive the welcome email. Why?
Hi @Astarry. As far as I’ve ever been able to tell, there is no confirmation email at signup. There is the message shown in the screen shot below, but that’s it.

I did confirm with our team @Astarry that you will need to contact our support team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. They will need to look at your settings and get some customer information to further assist with this. For account security, we cannot discuss that information with the seller community.
