I am curious if anyone else has a method to get around this, or maybe it's just how it has to be. We use an iPad that is connected to a customer-facing Square terminal. We just started loyalty, and I think I have it pretty dialed in, but one thing I have noticed is that, if the customer is paying with a card, then the loyalty sign-up/in shows on the terminal. If the customer is paying cash, the sign-up/in screen only shows on the iPad. I would like to have it show on the terminal for cash as well, since they are already looking at it for a receipt. Any insight?

Yeah, I can relate. We have the same situation in my bar at my one bar Stand (with Terminal). I have never been able to figure out a way to make it work, as there is no Loyalty settings on the terminal in this scenario.
I think it's a feature request.๐
