Loyalty Promo on specific item missing?

I use the Loyalty program, and was happy to see the new Promotions.  But, I received an email showing me how to put a points promotion on a specific item. But, when I go into the Promotions, I don't have that option.  Please advise or help.

Thanks for your response.  But, no that didn't work.  That link takes me to the set up page for the Loyalty Program.  I have already been in the program for a year.  Just needing to use the new Loyalty Promotion feature the way that the email set out so I can give extra points on a specific item.

I confirmed with our Loyalty Product Team that feature is not available.

I am so sorry about any confusion! Do you have the article or email that went out? I want to make sure we are updating our resources to show accurate information .
