Loyalty Points Accumulation vs. Spending for Rewards

Is it possible to configure Rewards so they're milestones that unlock as points are accumulated (vs the points being deducted when the reward is redeemed)?

e.g. 

10 points for free sticker

50 points for $5 off

100 points for 10 off

I want the customer's point balance to keep going up and they just earn the reward once they hit that threshold. 

instead of the customer earning 10 points, redeeming the free sticker and then going back down to 0 points again. 

Is this possible?

So just to be super clear, the answer would be no, I do not unlock Tier 2 in that scenario.

I don't unlock tier 2 until I have 100 points in my live balance, right?
