Loyalty Accumulating and Redeeming

If I have a customer who has met their loyalty quota, but instead of wanting to redeem that loyalty, they want to continue to accumulate for the next loyalty. And then once they have 2 loyalty quotas met, will the system hold onto both loyalties until the customer decides to use them? Or will it only start a new loyalty once the other one is redeemed? Ie, if the loyalty allows them to redeem 10% off a purchase after 10 purchases. But they instead want to wait to use it until after 20 purchases, which would then give them the ability to use both of the 10% off purchases they have accrued-will it allow that?

If I understand you correctly. The loyalty reward will hold unless you set an expiration date. It should just keep adding up, but you can only redeem one reward per sale. The other would hold as they continue to build the next reward.

We use points (1 for every $1.50 purchase and 30 for reward) but each point earned will exp in 90 days, so you need 30 points within a 90 day window. Square will text the customer when they have points that are about to expire. This keeps them coming in.
