Loyality Marketing

Hey guys...Those who offer a loyalty program to their customer I have a question.  I want to set up a text message to go out when they are getting near the number of points they need for an reward.  Do I add my website on there or does the link that's already on there take them where they need to go?

In the app select customers find the customer in question click on the name and find loyalty summary click on the three horizontal dots ...

and see Send Status. That's how you text the customer the star count.
